Movement is something you look forward to because the experience is enjoyable and challenging, not something you only focus on when you want to drop a few pounds. You embody what it means to be healthy, which means you get that it has to do with more than just diet and exercise.

About Me

First, let me say I'm so glad you're here! My mission is to partner with purpose-driven women like yourself to create healthy lifestyle habits that allow you to live a life fulfilled.


If it's a health goal you're trying to achieve then I'm your girl. First, let’s get the formalities out of the way, then keep reading to REALLY get to know me and why I'm so passionate about what I do. I am a Certified Health Coach and Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of experience in health & wellness. I like to consider myself an expert at helping people create and crush their health goals! 


My story may be similar to yours. I grew up in a family where being overweight was the norm. I made a commitment to myself early on that I would change that narrative. And I did just that for years, even after having a baby. However, in stepped life (career ups & downs, marriage, divorce, etc.) and I found myself struggling. I was doing all. the. things. and I felt like crap. I knew better, but I was desperate to feel like my energetic self again so I found myself getting sidetracked with every new trend on the market.


Finally I reached a point of being tired of dieting and jumping from one fad to another (can you relate?). I knew it had to be a simpler way to maintain the good health I desired. To feel like MYSELF again.



So I got back to basics (what had allowed me to feel like my best self before life got turned upside down) and focused on healthy habits centered around what I now call my 5 pillars of health (spirtual grounding, sleep, nutrition, self care, and movement). These habits have allowed me to feel more confident and fulfilled at almost 40 than I did in my 20s. Now I have the pleasure of helping other women create the purpose-filled lives they deserve as well!

Staying consistent was my biggest challenge. It was great to have materials I could refer back to to remind me of my goals, what meals I had planned, etc. There were key things shared that reminded me that I wasn't alone, someone understood me, and we were in it together. Now, instead of feeling I've failed, I've decided to keep working on it and remember that it is a process!
