So I got back to basics (what had allowed me to feel like my best self before life got turned upside down) and focused on healthy habits centered around what I now call my 5 pillars of health (spirtual grounding, sleep, nutrition, self care, and movement). These habits have allowed me to feel more confident and fulfilled at almost 40 than I did in my 20s. Now I have the pleasure of helping other women create the purpose-filled lives they deserve as well!
